Do I need to fill out any forms before my appointment?
Yes. Upon booking, you’ll receive a confidential health history and consent form via email. These forms must be completed before your appointment to ensure we can provide safe and effective care tailored to your needs.
Why is it mandatory to fill out the spa health form?
In compliance with Ontario Regulation 136/18, businesses are required to collect client's name and contact information prior to providing any services. If the form is not filled out, service cannot be provided. This information remains confidential and will only be used in the unlikely event of exposure to blood or bodily fluids through contaminated equipment. Such measures enable a prompt and effective response by Niagara Region Public Health and Emergency Services, ensuring your safety by facilitating timely medical advice if necessary, from a health care provider.
How far in advance should I book a spa package?
We recommend booking spa packages at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for couples’ packages and weekend appointments. For special occasions or group bookings, 3–4 weeks’ notice is preferred to secure your ideal date and time. Walk-ins are welcome, and we are happy to accommodate based on the openings we have that day.
Can treatments in packages be substituted?
Limited substitutions may be possible depending on the package and availability. Please inquire when booking about possible modifications to accommodate your preferences or needs.
Do I need to bring anything for my spa package?
Just yourself! We provide robes, slippers, lockers, and all amenities needed for your treatments. You may wish to bring a swimsuit if you wish to use the Jacuzzi between treatment.
How should I prepare for a multi-treatment spa package?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow time to change into a robe and slippers. Please make sure the forms are filled in advance. Stay hydrated before your visit and avoid heavy meals, especially for packages over 3 hours.
