Booking Appointments

View our full service menu ahead of scheduling your appointment to choose services that will create the ultimate experience for you. A Valid Credit Card Is Required At The Time Of The Reservation To Secure appointments and to uphold our cancellation policy.

For online bookings:

Once we receive online booking, we call customers to confirm right time & right service they wanted to book. Online bookings are not confirmed & guaranteed unless we have confirmed through a call or text. New clients coming for the first time, please be ready with your credit card information for our cancellation policy.


Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services to check in, explore our amazing product lines, and enjoy complimentary beverages. To save time, kindly complete the health history form sent to you in advance before your arrival. Please inform our staff of any allergies, ailments, pregnancy, or special needs to ensure the safest and most pleasurable experience.

Personal Belongings

Please do not wear jewelry or accessories to any treatment or while using spa amenities. We strongly advise you to keep all valuables—including purses, gadgets, credit cards, cash, and other personal items—securely locked in the locker provided. Damara Day Spa Fallsview Casino Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, so please ensure all your valuables are safely locked away during your visit

Locker Security

All customers are strongly advised to securely lock their lockers to safeguard personal belongings. Please note that Damara Niagara Falls - Fallsview is not responsible for the loss or theft of any items left in lockers. We strongly advise you to lock your locker at all times and not store valuables on the premises. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a safe environment for everyone.


Spa Attire

It is advised that you dress comfortably. We provide robes and slippers to wear during your visit. Professional and appropriate draping will be used during your treatments. Please bring your own bathing suit in case you wish to use jacuzzi.


Spa Environment

The spa is a relaxing environment. As a courtesy to the other guests, we ask that you please refrain from loud conversation and turn cell phones and all other devices off during your visit.

We recommend that our guests refrain from consuming alcohol before or during your spa treatment. Smoking is not permitted.


Home Care Products

Our staff is more than happy to show you what was used in your treatments and make recommendations as to what home care products would best suit you.


Gratuities

Gratuity is at your discretion at Damara. It is not included in your cost of service and can be added at the time of payment.

 

Payments with Comp Vouchers, Momentum Dollars and Casino Gift Cards

We are pleased to accept Comp Vouchers, Momentum Dollars and Casino Gift Cards as forms of payment for spa services. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policy:

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Guests must notify us in advance if they intend to use Comp Vouchers or Momentum Dollars or Casino Gift Cards for payment.

Please confirm your eligibility with casino and your treatment total with our front desk prior to your appointment to avoid any delays or inconvenience at checkout.

Promotional offers or discounted services cannot be paid by using Comp or Momentum or Casino Gift Card.

Retail products are not eligible for purchase with Comp or Momentum or Casino Gift Card.

Please schedule your next appointment before your departure to ensure availability on your next visit.


Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment(s). Full charge will be applicable to no show appointments or cancellations within 2 hours of appointment. Rescheduling any appointment within 24 hours will be considered as cancellation and will be charged according to our policy.


Booking Massages

Massages are performed by our spa therapists as well as Registered massage therapists (RMT). Clients must indicate whether they would like to claim their massage with any insurance so we can book them under RMT accordingly.

When you book your massage services, let us know if you have a preference for a male or female therapist or if you are pregnant to avoid any misunderstanding later on. Massages are booked with therapist based on their availability. Clients must mention their concerns and preference when booking. As a friendly reminder, spa will not be responsible for any preferences or concerns that were not provided to us at the time of booking.


Group Bookings

Group bookings must inform us of any changes two days before the booking, and we will have to know 48 hours beforehand if cancelling the group booking.


Promotions & Discounts

Our discounts and promotions cannot be stacked or combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion's advertising. Customers who have discount vouchers or other discounts must choose which one to apply, as only one discount can be used per day.


Gift Cards / E-Cards

Merchant is not responsible for lost, misdirected, misplaced or stolen card. Not Redeemable for cash and is also not refundable. Must be presented at time of service. Gift cards are only redeemable at our Damara Niagara Falls - Fallsview Casino Resort.


Return Policy

Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase date and 14 days for online. Products that have been opened or used will not be refunded or exchanged. If you are indecisive of any product(s) you may request a sample (if available). Limited samples per person.


Parking

Parking is available in the garage of the casino resort. You are eligible for free parking if you spend a minimum of $100 before tax at the spa. You can take the receipt to the Momentum desk in the casino to add free parking to your Momentum card.
